Every bag is placed in a branded Doreneglam dust bag to protect the yarn fibres during transit.
Tissue Wrap
Wrapped in premium tissue paper with a branded sticker seal — unboxing should feel like a gift.
Rigid Box
Placed inside a rigid-wall shipping box that won't compress under courier pressure.
Care Card
A handwritten care card with your bag's name, materials, and cleaning instructions tucked inside.
Order Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched. You can track in real-time via the courier's website. For Lagos orders, expect a call from our rider before arrival.

Do you ship on weekends?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes — within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp for the fastest response.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
Take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund with no hassle.
Do you offer express delivery?
Same-day delivery is available within Lagos Island and VI for orders placed before 11am. Contact us directly to arrange. Additional ₦3,500 charge applies.
