Doreneglam is a Lagos-based handcrafted bag brand founded by Dorene Okafor. We design and hand-crochet bags using premium yarns. Every product sold through our website is handmade to order.

All Doreneglam products are handmade to order. As a result, minor variations in colour, texture, stitch density, and dimension may occur between the product displayed on our website and the item you receive. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. We make every effort to display colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device screen accurately represents the true colour of the yarn.

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed when you receive a written order confirmation from us via email.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where: • The item is no longer available. • There is a pricing error on the website. • We are unable to verify the payment or delivery information provided.

In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Custom orders are subject to a separate agreement confirmed in writing before production begins. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once materials have been sourced. By approving a custom order, you agree to the price, timeline, and specifications discussed.

All products are subject to availability. Because our bags are handmade, stock counts reflect current capacity. In the rare event that we cannot fulfil an order you have placed and paid for, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative arrangement.

All prices displayed on our website are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it.

We accept payment via debit/credit card (processed securely by Paystack) and bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of order unless a payment plan has been agreed for qualifying orders above ₦50,000.

For bank transfers, your order will only be confirmed upon receipt and verification of payment. Failure to complete payment within 48 hours of placing an order may result in cancellation.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obliged to honour the incorrect price. We will notify you of the error and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Doreneglam is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and the parcel is lost or undeliverable, Doreneglam is not liable for replacement or refund.

Because all Doreneglam products are handmade to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference changes after an order is placed.

Refunds or replacements are only provided in the following circumstances: • The item arrives damaged due to transit. • The item has a defect in craftsmanship under normal use within 6 months of purchase. • We dispatch the wrong item.

All content on the Doreneglam website — including but not limited to product images, text, logos, design elements, and the brand name "Doreneglam" — is the intellectual property of Doreneglam and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing product images on social media with credit) is permitted.
